Mark Voigt, Manager leads a team of trained, certified technicians who are fully qualified to service and maintain you vehicle. The service technicians at Big Valley Service Department go through specialized technical training from Ford and Chrysler. Master Certified Service advisors are available to assist you with your vehicle's maintenance, questions, or concerns.
Mark Voigt has 16 years of dealership service experience. He is the recipient of the Silver Medallion award. This award is given to those managers who rank in the top 10% of Service Managers in the nation. This award is given by Ford Motor Company and satisfied Customers of Big Valley. In addition Mark is also certified in the following areas:
