Steve Butler and Pam Malner will ensure that you are taken care of and kept informed on the progress of your service work. With a combined customer service experience of 17 years, Pam and Steve have built strong relationships with their customers.
The Service Counter is open:
Monday through Friday, 7:45AM to 6:00PM
Saturdays from 8:00 to Noon
Services provided at the Service Center:
- Scheduling all technician work on new and used cars, trucks, boats, or RVs
- Tow truck services and scheduling
- Warranty administration with direct warranty entry into Ford and Chrysler online systems
- Estimation of service costs on all makes and models
- First line customer support
