For more than 25 years, the Big Valley Parts Department of Randy, George, and Erik have been caring for your needs. The team will be happy to help you with anything from a spark plug to an old vintage fender.

Manager Randy Adams is a Senior Master Parts Manager, Blue Oval Certified and a recipient of the Medallion Elite Club. This award is given to the top 2% of Ford Parts Managers in purchases and accountability. Randy and his experienced team are ready and willing to help you anyway they can.

Collision Center

Reconditioning

Once your vehicle has gone through the Collision repair process it is ready to meet the staff in the ReCon Department. John Butler, Cecilia Lindsey, and the ReCon team will ensure that your vehicle is thoroughly cleaned inside and out and to your satisfaction. When you pick it up you will think that your vehicle is a brand new car.

  • Every car that comes into Big Valley goes through the ReCon process

Administration

Monday - Saturday 8 to 5 Manager Jane Kolinsky and her staff of dedicated, professional staff make sure that all the administration details of running a dealership are taken care of. Responsibilities include:

Service Counter

Whether you call on the phone or walk into the Service Center at Big Valley you will be treated with respect and a BIG smile.

Steve Butler and Pam Malner will ensure that you are taken care of and kept informed on the progress of your service work. With a combined customer service experience of 11 years, Pam and Steve have built strong relationships with their customers.

The Service Counter is open:

Monday thru Friday, 7:45AM to 6:00PM

Saturdays from 8:00 to Noon

  • Administration of all work orders for warranty work or rental issues
  • Rental Retail from Ford Motor company
    • If you have purchased a car or truck from Big Valley, your rental vehicle is free
